Most of our custom homes take 6–12 months from breaking ground to final walkthrough. Larger or more complex builds typically run 12–18 months. We’ll lay out a realistic schedule for your project before construction starts and keep you posted as it moves along.
Our custom home projects typically range from $400,000 to $1 million+. Final cost depends on size, finishes, and the site itself. During planning and budgeting, we’ll work through real numbers with you so there are no surprises.
