Step 3 — Budgeting & Selections:

We put real numbers to the plans and walk through selections together — finishes, fixtures, and materials — so the budget reflects what you actually want.

Step 4 — Permits & Approvals:

We handle the permit paperwork and approvals needed to break ground.

Step 5 — Construction:

We build your home, keeping you updated as it progresses. Owner Alex Smoake runs every job personally.

Step 6 — Final Walkthrough:

We walk the finished home together, top to bottom, and make sure everything is right before you move in.
